Volunteering

Supporting the excellent work being achieved at Vale House is extremely rewarding and can be done in different ways:

Vale House League of Friends promotes the profile of Vale House and provides extras and treats for the residents. You can join the team, you can support their work by an annual subscription of £5.00 and/or make a regular contribution towards their work via The League of Friends bank account.

The Fundraising Section is always looking for more help with tin shakes, fun evenings, table sales, concerts, bazaars and many other events (see What’s On).

Vale House also has a small band of volunteers who give regular amounts of their time (after training) assisting residents with meals, taking part in the monthly church services, creative activities, and weekly sing-along sessions.
